Description:

This Nash Healey is 1 of 153 cars built in 1953. This Nash Healey belongs to a good friend of mine who has owned this car for approximately three decades. This is the sixth one he has owned. He is a true automobile aficionado so when he dove into fully restoring this Nash Healey, not a single dime was spared nor was there any trip too long for him to endure in order to build this Nash Healey. His goal was to give respect to the Italians who poured their blood sweat and tears into building these hand-crafted masterpieces.

  • 1 of 153 built for the 1953 model year
  • Original 252/150 HP engine
  • Dual carburetors
  • Total production of 506 cars in a 4 year production period
  • The first 10 produced had the accelerator in between the clutch and the brake pedals
  • Later cars assembled at Pininfarina moved the accelerator to conventional position using angle iron
  • Angle iron pedal reposition maintained and preserved after restoration
  • Chassis by Donald Healey of London
  • Drivetrain by Nash-Kelvinator Corporation of Kenosha, Wisconsin
  • Body handbuilt by Pininfarina of Turin, Italy
  • 3-speed manual transmission with overdrive
  • Believed to be 85,400 miles
  • Maroon exterior and interior
